Kolsa is an accredited IT company from Novosibirsk, creating a fitness platform and mobile application to improve people's quality of life. Our community already has over 2 million people, and we plan to enter the international market. Responsibilities: - Implement content strategy for social media and the application - Participate in the creation of content plans for social media and the application - Shoot and edit Reels and short videos for social media - Participate in photo and video shoots for content - Work with tools like Figma for visual design - Assign technical tasks to designers and copywriters, coordinating their work - Plan and fill accounts, maintaining their relevance - Assist with fitness program launches - Control the design and content of groups for fitness program launches - Create activities for audience engagement, working with analytics to improve content - Analyze results and adjust approaches based on analytics and feedback.

Experience in SMM for at least 1 year (preferably in sports/fitness/dance) Skills in shooting and editing content, including short video formats Ability to create visually appealing content Experience with different platforms and understanding their specifics. Portfolio and/or social media links with examples of Reels (your shooting and preferably editing) are required.

Official employment, full-time, five-day work week from 09:00 or 10:00 to 18:00 (19:00). Hybrid work is possible (by agreement with the manager). Cozy and modern office in the center of Novosibirsk (Kalinina Square). Access to all our fitness programs.
