SMM Manager / Content Creator

SMM Manager / Content Creator at NIST LLC in Moscow. Salary from 120,000 RUB per month. Hybrid: 2-3 days in clinics, rest remote. Focus on SMM strategy, content plans, Reels, Shorts, Stories, video production.

Develop SMM strategy and content plans for multiple platforms. Come up with scenarios and formats for Reels, Shorts, Stories, and posts. Shoot and edit vertical videos, partly with contractors (photographer/videographer). Organize shoots, prepare references, and coordinate contractors. Conduct interviews with experts and help them feel confident on camera. Monitor social media trends and algorithms. Analyze competitors and propose new promotion mechanics. Initiate integrations with bloggers and partners. Publish content and handle comments and basic inquiries. Track statistics, prepare reports, and adjust content plan based on results.

Experience in SMM and content creation for 2+ years. Portfolio with Reels, accounts, or projects you managed. Confident mobile shooting and editing skills in CapCut (or similar). Understanding of modern formats and vertical video trends. Excellent Russian language and ability to write lively texts. Visual taste and sense of style. Self-sufficiency: ability to take a task from idea to publication. Ability to work with experts and bring out their best on camera. Basic analytics skills and experience with Google Sheets. Basic/intermediate knowledge of Figma/Canva/Adobe for creating posts.

Hybrid format: 2–3 days per week in clinics in Moscow, other days remote. Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation or another convenient cooperation format.
