SMM Manager

SMM Manager for VkusVill channels: TikTok, Telegram, Dzen, and Yandex Rhythm. Develop strategy, create content, manage team.

Responsibilities: - Manage several VkusVill channels, prioritizing TikTok and Telegram, also Dzen / Yandex Rhythm; - Develop channel growth strategies: set goals, find growth points, create action plans; - Test hypotheses: analyze results, draw conclusions, scale successful solutions; - Plan and create content: form content plans, choose topics and formats considering channel goals, season, trends; - Organize team work: assign tasks to photographers, designers, video content specialists, monitor results; - Follow trends and adapt them for VkusVill; - Work with SMM team on channel development and participate in brainstorming; - Care for customers and subscribers: deliver only important, useful, interesting content.

Requirements: - Knowledge of social media specifics, especially TikTok, Telegram, VK, Instagram, Dzen, YouTube; case studies of systematic account growth; - Ability to organize own work: set goals, make plans, prioritize, achieve results; - Ability to manage processes: set tasks, explain desired outcomes, monitor execution, adjust plans; - Ability to defend decisions with arguments: explain why a channel needs specific content, format, or development direction; - Ability to work with uncertainty: find options, formulate and test hypotheses; - Ability to work with numbers: understand key metrics, dynamics, data-driven decisions; - Ability to write about people and products engagingly, without clichés, with humor, understand editorial policy and TOV; - Ability to work with information, follow news and trends, adapt them for the brand.
