SMM Lead in Digital Agency

Seeking an SMM Lead for a digital agency. Remote, salary from 80,000 RUB plus bonuses. Manage up to 5 SMM projects and a team.

What to do: - Manage up to 5 SMM projects simultaneously and be responsible for their development; - Communicate daily with clients in Telegram: accept tasks, answer questions, approve content; - Propose new ideas, sections, and formats to clients; - Set tasks for copywriters, designers, editors, photographers, stories makers, and moderators; - Control deadlines and quality of task execution; - Check materials before sending to the client; - Coordinate revisions and ensure deadlines; - Develop projects and look for growth points; - Prepare weekly and monthly reports; - Analyze results and propose solutions to improve performance.

Expect from you: - Experience in SMM or digital; - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously; - Ability to make decisions independently and take responsibility for results; - High level of organization and attention to detail; - Ability to handle many tasks and priorities; - Competent and calm communication with clients; - Systematic approach and love for order in processes; - Understanding of basic principles of social networks. Will be a big plus: - Experience in a digital agency; - Team management experience; - Understanding of Instagram*, Telegram, and other social media algorithms; - Ability to work with metrics and draw conclusions from analytics; - Experience using neural networks in work.
