We are looking for a strong SMM / content producer to develop the personal brand of Ivan Subota — stylist, beauty expert, author of the 'Stylist of Trust' concept, and host of a YouTube podcast. We need not just a social media manager, but a content producer with a strong sense of personality, taste, and the ability to turn expertise into engaging media. What you will do: — develop content and media strategy; — manage Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube; — come up with topics, rubrics, hooks, and scripts; — develop Reels / Shorts; — turn podcast episodes into dozens of content pieces; — work on YouTube titles and thumbnails; — plan promotion of episodes and collaborations; — analyze metrics and propose solutions; — monitor trends and develop new formats.

— experience in SMM / content production from 2 years; — cases of developing personal brands; — understanding of Reels / Shorts / YouTube and video content; — strong content and production thinking; — good taste and sense of premium / beauty / fashion aesthetics; — literate, lively language; — independence and initiative. Nice to have: experience in beauty, fashion, luxury, lifestyle, PR, podcasts, as well as skills in shooting, editing, working with AI, and organizing collaborations.
