Business Analyst position at PaynetEasy. Salary: from 240-350,000 Russian rubles and above. Full-time employment, Russian Labor Code, Moscow office/hybrid.

Responsibilities: - Collection, analysis, structuring, and documentation of business requirements, functional requirements, and non-functional requirements. - Development and support of business process models (BPMN, UML Use Case, Activity Diagrams). - Creation and updating of software requirements specifications (SRS, PRD, User Stories, Use Cases). - Design and documentation: description of functional blocks, use cases, and system logic. - Preparation of clear user documentation: user manuals, instructions, technical specifications for implementation. - Participation in interface design (UX/UI) - Communication and coordination: negotiations with stakeholders, clarification of requirements at all project stages: participation in sprint planning and product backlog creation (within Agile/Scrum). - Participation in acceptance testing: preparation of test scenarios, organization of user testing, analysis of results. - Validation of implemented functionality against initial requirements. - Resolution of ambiguities and disputes during development and testing.

Requirements: - Experience as SA/BA for at least 2 years in IT software development projects. - English - B2+ (reading documentation, business correspondence, preparing requirements, negotiating with clients). - Skills in working with requirements (collection, analysis, prioritization, documentation). - Proficiency in modeling notations (UML, BPMN). - Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). - Communication skills, ability to work with people of different levels (from developers to top managers). - Structured and analytical thinking, attention to detail. - Skills in preparing technical and user documentation. Will be a plus: - Experience in integration projects, with APIs, databases (writing simple SQL queries). - Basic knowledge of software testing (test design, checklist creation). - Experience with tools: Redmine (Task Management, Wiki) or similar systems, PlantUML, Gitlab, Figma, draw.io. - Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel) - Understanding of UX/UI basics. - Experience with prototyping tools (Axure RP, Figma). - Experience in specific domain areas (finance, telecom, retail, public sector, etc.).
