System Administrator / IT Support Engineer vacancy in Cyprus. Full-time, office-based with remote options. Responsibilities include hardware and software support, network administration, user support, and IT asset management. Offers DМС, flexible schedule, and training.

Responsibilities: - Procurement, accounting, and issuance of equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals) - Maintaining an IT asset database (serial numbers, statuses, responsible persons) - Planning equipment upgrades and replacements - Ensuring stable network and internet operation - Configuring and supporting network equipment (Wi-Fi, routers, switches) - Monitoring and resolving network incidents - User support (helpdesk, resolving technical issues) - Employee onboarding and offboarding (setting up access, issuing/returning equipment) - Installing and configuring OS (macOS, Windows) and work software - License management - Administration of services: Google Workspace, Slack, Miro - Configuring access, groups, security policies - Documenting processes and solutions - Automating routine tasks and improving IT processes

Requirements: - Experience as a System Administrator / IT Support / IT Administrator - Experience in user support and resolving technical issues - Experience administering macOS and Windows - Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Miro, or similar - Basic understanding of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, routing) - Plus: - Automation experience - MDM experience - Understanding of information security basics - English: A2–B1
