Large B2B wholesale project with tens of thousands of SKUs, operating across Russia and CIS. Responsibilities: - Conduct your own audit rather than relying on others' conclusions - Confirm or refute known issues - Prioritize by effect/cost given limited development capacity - Handle semantics, content, and everything that does not require code access, moving independently and quickly where possible - Build regular monitoring of indexing and positions as an ongoing process, not a one-off action - Report with numbers: how many pages were indexed vs. now, over what period, and what exactly drove growth—no general statements - Grow non-branded traffic at the scale of a large catalog - Not point optimization but systematic work with semantics for thousands of queries - Increase the share of positions in TOP-10 for commercially significant semantics - Contribute to site structure and content that affect conversion to lead, not just positions

Requirements: - Experience promoting catalogs with 10,000+ SKUs, with examples and numbers (before/after, over what period) - Understanding of crawl budget, faceted navigation, working with filters and pagination on large sites - Experience independently working with server logs / Screaming Frog at scale, not only through ready-made system reports - Technical background: duplicates, canonical, microdata, indexing—these are basics, not a portfolio pride point - Willingness to justify priorities with numbers and timelines, not general phrases about 'improving positions'
