SEO Manager with 4+ years of experience (2+ in iGaming) needed for a Full-Time position. Focus on strategy, technical SEO, content, link building, and competitor analysis in the iGaming sector. Location: Limassol, Cyprus or remote in EU/Ukraine.

We are looking for a high-stakes SEO Manager to join our growth team. In the world of iGaming, the SERPs are a battlefield. We need someone who doesn't just "do SEO" but understands the specific nuances of high-competition keywords, complex regulatory environments, and the delicate balance between aggressive growth and brand safety. You will be responsible for developing and executing the organic search strategy across multiple markets, ensuring our platforms rank for the most lucrative terms in the industry. Key Responsibilities • Strategy & Execution: Build and manage end-to-end SEO roadmaps (On-page, Off-page, and Technical) tailored for Casino, Sportsbook, and Affiliate verticals. • Technical SEO: Lead site audits to ensure our platforms are crawlable and lightning-fast. You’ll need to navigate the challenges of Single Page Applications (SPAs) and complex CMS structures. • Content Excellence: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-intent, E-E-A-T-compliant content that converts. You know that in iGaming, "Best Online Casino" isn't just a keyword—it’s a mission. • Link Building & Outreach: Oversee sophisticated backlink strategies. You understand the difference between a high-authority niche edit and a toxic link, and you know how to acquire the former at scale. • Competitor Intelligence: Monitor the "grey-hat" and "white-hat" tactics of competitors. You stay two steps ahead of algorithm updates and industry shifts. • Data & Reporting: Define KPIs and provide regular updates on traffic, keyword rankings, and—most importantly—First Time Deposits (FTDs) derived from organic search.

• Experience: 4+ years in SEO, with at least 2 years specifically within the iGaming sector. You understand the volatility of these niches. • Technical Prowess: Proficiency with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Log File Analyzers. • Analytical Mindset: You don't just report numbers; you find the "why" behind the data. • Adaptability: Google moves the goalposts constantly. You need to be someone who thrives on pivots and problem-solving.
