SEO Lead at Onlinetours, salary from 400,000 RUB net + traffic growth bonus. Full-time, remote (within +/- 3 hours of Moscow), includes VHI. Responsibilities include page index and quality optimization, AI/LLM usage, hypothesis testing, and technical SEO.

– Work with the index and quality of pages for visitors. Dig deep to understand user demand; – Use AI / LLM in work, for example, for analyzing semantics and competitors; – Quickly test hypotheses (no-code / vibe coding); – Do technical SEO together with development (React + Elastic); – Implement AI agents to optimize work; – Evaluate the results of the work done.

– Experience in SEO on large projects (100k+ pages or from 500k traffic); – Understanding of web application architecture; – Practice with AI / LLM in SEO tasks.

Full-time, remote (within +/- 3 hours of Moscow), VHI (Voluntary Health Insurance).
