Senior System Analyst at Examus, a Russian proctoring platform. Salary 200,000 - 250,000 ₽. Remote or hybrid (Moscow preferred).

Examus is a Russian proctoring platform founded in 2015. We work with leading universities and large companies: HSE, Norilsk Nickel, Sber, RANEPA - over 200 clients and 3.5 million tests conducted. If you are interested in working in a mature process, influencing the product systemically, and communicating directly with the team without unnecessary approval levels - it will be a good match. What you will do: - Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks for development - Develop and describe functional requirements, use cases, interaction scenarios - Design integrations with external LMS systems (Moodle, WebTutor, etc.) - Participate in task research with RnD and the product team - Describe mockups and design requirements together with the designer - Maintain and keep project documentation up-to-date

We are waiting for you if you are: - Senior analyst with commercial experience of 6+ years - Able to independently lead a task from brief to final requirements description - Worked with third-party system integrations and understand how the API layer works - Write clear documentation (BRD, TRD, FRD) - Ready to work in a cross-functional team: PM, design, development, QA Technological focus: Documentation and modeling: UML, BPMN, Use Cases, User Story, draw.io / Miro, Confluence Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL Tracking: Jira, Mattermost, Yandex.Tracker Will be a plus: Integrations: REST API, OpenAPI/Swagger, LMS protocols - LTI, SCORM, xAPI Architecture: Kafka, Kubernetes Familiarity with Ed-Tech: LMS systems (Moodle, WebTutor), what proctoring is, basic Computer Vision and biometrics, 1C, SAP

Payment: 200,000 - 250,000 ₽ net, final decision after interview Staff, 5/2 schedule Flexible format: remote or hybrid (Moscow in priority)
