Senior System Analyst for banking IT projects. Focus on analysis and formalization of requirements, business goals and metrics, interaction with clients and development team. Remote work.

We are looking for a Senior System Analyst for a team of banking IT projects. We will work on the development and automation of key banking systems - from analyzing business processes to designing solution architecture. The role combines a deep understanding of business with technical expertise in building reliable and scalable solutions. Emphasis on analysis and formalization of requirements, description of business goals and metrics, interaction with the customer and development team, as well as preparation of high-quality analytical artifacts (FT, NFT, HLD, project passports, KPI). Responsibilities: ️ Identification, analysis and structuring of requirements (FT and NFT) ️ Description of project goals, metrics, and business indicators ️ Preparation of analytical artifacts: project passport, HLD, specifications, diagrams ️ Interaction with business customers and development teams ️ Classification and management of stakeholders ️ Maintaining documentation in Confluence, working in Jira

Experience as a system or business analyst for at least 5 years, in banking projects Deep understanding of banking business processes Proficiency in tools: Confluence, Jira, UML, BPMN Skills in preparing high-quality analytical documentation Experience in identifying, formalizing, and classifying requirements Higher education (economics, IT, mathematics, or related fields) English - understanding speech and reading professional texts Willingness for short business trips Flexibility, quick adaptation to changes Will be a plus: Experience in large-scale banking or fintech projects Skills in communicating with foreign colleagues in English
