KPI LAB is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to join their marketing agency. Responsibilities include managing SEO projects, developing strategies, and client interaction. Salary from 80,000 RUB.

KPI LAB is a marketing agency working with federal-level projects. We are strengthening our SEO department and looking for a leading specialist who will take on not only projects but also the development of expertise within the agency. Responsibilities: - Managing SEO projects: analysis, semantics, technical and content optimization, growth of positions and traffic - Development and defense of SEO strategies (at least at the business task level, not just SEO metrics) - Interaction with existing clients: discussing tasks, answering questions, participating in calls - Presenting the strategy to the client during the sales stage and defending it - Assigning tasks to contractors and monitoring their completion - Forming and implementing regulations, standards, and processes within the SEO department - Participating in client meetings: presenting results, plans, hypotheses - Participating in pre-sales with the sales department - Responsibility for project results and development of the SEO department

Requirements for the candidate: - SEO experience from 3 years - Experience in independently managing "turnkey" projects - Experience in developing SEO strategies for at least 10 projects - Understanding of: technical SEO, content optimization, link building - Experience in advising projects on SEO - Experience in participating in pre-sales and willingness to present expertise (the manager sells, but you are the expert) - Ability to build processes and think systematically - Confident communication with clients: messengers + calls with the camera on - Willingness to take responsibility for the department
