Senior/Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer for building infrastructure from scratch, hybrid in Moscow, Docker Swarm, GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes perspective.

Design and deploy infrastructure from scratch, set up CI/CD pipelines for frontend and backend, manage Docker Swarm cluster and deployment processes, plan and execute migration to Kubernetes, administer Percona XtraDB Cluster (fault tolerance, backups, recovery), configure monitoring, alerting, and logging, collaborate with development teams, participate in technical negotiations with contractors.

Commercial experience in DevOps or SRE from 4 years, real experience designing infrastructure from scratch, production experience with Docker Swarm, confident knowledge of Kubernetes in production, real experience setting up GitLab CI/CD with runners and pipelines, understanding of network model and proxying via Nginx, experience operating Percona XtraDB Cluster / Galera in production (quorum and split-brain, SST/IST, cluster bootstrap after failure, backups via Percona XtraBackup), experience with Zabbix. Nice to have: experience with domestic cloud providers (Yandex Cloud) and knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).

Hybrid work format in Moscow (3 days office, 2 days remote). Position for a practitioner and a bit of a manager: about 80% of time real work with infrastructure, the rest architectural decisions and work with the team.
