Senior Risk Manager

Senior Risk Manager for an international iGaming FinTech project in Cyprus, focusing on operational, financial, and counterparty risk management. Full-time, Europe & Asia-Pacific, relocation support available.

The role focuses on operational, financial, and counterparty risk management, overseeing PSPs, liquidity, FX, and cross-border exposure across European and Asian markets. Key Responsibilities: • Manage operational, financial, liquidity, and FX risks in high-risk payments. • Monitor balances, exposure, and financial stability of banks, PSPs, and gateways. • Align risk management with European and international regulations (PSD2/PSD3).

• 3+ years in Risk Management (iGaming, high-risk payments, FinTech, PSP, acquiring). • Deep understanding of payment processing, APMs, Visa/Mastercard, and cross-border settlements. • Exposure to European and/or APAC markets is a strong advantage. • Knowledge of PSD2/PSD3 and EBA guidelines is a plus. • English — Upper-Intermediate+, Russian — Fluent. • Advanced Excel; SQL or AI tools are a plus.
