Senior QA Engineer (Native Mobile Apps)

Senior QA Engineer for a US EdTech provider's native mobile apps project. Responsibilities include manual testing and automation. Salary up to $3500. Remote, Europe only (GMT 0 - GMT+2).

Client: Large American provider of educational technologies (EdTech), successfully operating in the US and global markets since the late 90s. Project: Development and quality control of a native application ecosystem for learning (iOS, Android, Desktop), used by millions of active users. Position specifics: - Combination of deep manual testing (70%) and automation on a ready-made framework (30%). - Close work with native functionality: data synchronization, offline mode, working with logs and network traffic.

4+ years in testing, with a significant portion on Native Mobile applications. Proficient in HTTP, JSON, REST API, SQL. Experience with Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Xcode, Android Studio. Experience writing scripts: Ruby, RSpec, Capybara. Fluent Russian. English - at a confident communication level.

Salary range: ~up to $3500 Company has been on the market for over 25 years, low turnover (many employees have been in the team for 5+ years). Long-term contract with payment in USD. Flexible schedule within European time zones.
