Senior QA Automation Engineer, C#

Senior QA Automation Engineer (C#) for a large banking project at USETECH. Remote, full-time. Salary 400,000-522,000 RUB gross. Location: Russia and friendly countries.

Development, support, and enhancement of automated tests in C#; improvement of the automation framework in C#; manual and automated testing, 50/50; functional, integration, and regression testing; testing web applications (backend and frontend, 50/50); testing REST, SOAP APIs and integrations; working with MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and test data; development and updating of test documentation; preparation and approval of acceptance criteria and test cases; analysis and reproduction of production defects; participation in task estimation and decomposition.

4+ years of experience in QA; commercial experience in developing automated tests in C#; strong proficiency in C# specifically for test automation; experience with SpecFlow, NUnit, or other C# automation frameworks; solid manual testing experience; understanding of BDD; strong SQL skills, ability to write queries of medium and high complexity; experience with MSSQL and PostgreSQL; ability to work with JOINs, groupings, aggregate functions, and subqueries; ability to read and understand stored procedures and functions; strong knowledge of HTTP, REST, and understanding of SOAP; experience in functional and integration testing; experience with Git, Jira, Confluence; understanding of Agile, Scrum, and the software development lifecycle. Nice to have: understanding of Kafka, RabbitMQ; understanding of Kubernetes; knowledge of JavaScript; understanding of React; experience in banking projects.
