Senior Python + React Developer for an AI/Healthcare US project. Remote position with a rate of $4000/month. Requires B2 English and experience with AI/ML/LLM integrations. Location preference is EU, but open to other regions (excluding RF).

We are looking for a Senior Developer who is not afraid of complex domains, loves order in processes, and knows how to work directly with the product, not just "for tickets for the sake of tickets". The project is an American healthcare product with AI. The main focus is optimizing the work of doctors and clinics: automating interaction with insurance, patient management, calls, appointments, meeting summaries, and other workflow tasks. There is a lot of real benefit here + complex business logic + high-security environment. Stack: Backend: Python Frontend: React AI integrations (LLM / automation / data processing - understanding is important, research level is not required). Responsibilities: - Develop and enhance the core functionality of the healthcare platform - Integrate AI solutions into product workflows - Work with process automation (calls, scheduling, summaries) - Interact directly with the client team (USA) - Participate in architectural decisions and process improvements

Senior level: independence, responsibility, ability to bring tasks to completion Commercial experience with Python + React Experience with AI/ML/LLM (integrations, API, automation) English: B2 (conversational, mandatory) Ability to work in a distributed team Strong communication skills Nice to have: - Experience in health tech - Understanding of insurance/medical processes - Experience with sensitive data (HIPAA and similar)

Format: remote Rate: $4000 per month Location: preferably EU, but willing to consider candidates from other regions (except RF) Important: overlap in time with the USA
