Senior Python Developer at Avito for the Moderation Team. Develop a new moderation system from scratch using Python and Go, participate in architecture design, and integrate with ML/DS models. Remote position.

Develop a new moderation system from scratch using Python and partially Go; Participate in architecture design and selection of technical solutions; Independently decompose tasks, clarify inputs, and bring work to completion; Interact with product managers, analysts, and developers to bring tasks to production faster; Occasionally develop back-office admin panels using React and TypeScript; Integrate with ML/DS models for content classification and analysis.

Ability to decompose tasks, make technical decisions, and move forward even with incomplete information; Take responsibility not only for the code but also for the result; Willingness to switch context and work with a large volume of new information; Confident understanding of React and TypeScript at a level sufficient for developing back-office admin panels without frontend developer support, and willingness to do so occasionally; Experience with multilingualism.
