PaySol is looking for a Backend Developer to work on projects in the fintech industry, primarily focused on P2P transfers. Responsibilities: — Designing and developing project architecture, making key technical decisions. — Team collaboration: performance and code reviews, task decomposition. — Hands-on coding, developing microservices for subsequent handover to developers, with an expected code-to-management ratio of 80/20. — Participation in DevOps processes (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure). — Working with monitoring, logging, and alert systems. — Responsibility for the technical roadmap of the backend part of the project.

— Experience in Backend development of 5+ years — High-level Python knowledge, with an understanding of its problem areas and strengths — Knowledge and experience with microservice architecture. Experience with Django, FastAPI, Celery, FastAPI, Postgres, Clickhouse, Asyncio, Rabbitmq, Kafka, Redis, Telethon (TG), Telegram API — Good command of Docker, all projects are containerized — Experience with GitLab, CI/CD is used in all projects
