Senior Project Manager (eCommerce / Shopify)

ECORN, international eCommerce agency, seeks Senior Project Manager (eCommerce/Shopify). Remote, full-time, 5/2. Salary $2,000–2,500/month. Manage project portfolio, clients, risks, ClickUp, English.

ECORN helps existing brands create, improve, and scale their Shopify business. We are looking for an experienced project manager who can be responsible not only for a single project but gradually take control of a portfolio of projects. This is not a coordinator role that only transfers tasks and reminds about deadlines. We need someone who understands agency work, communicates confidently with clients and specialists, sees risks in advance, and ensures agreements are fulfilled. Responsibilities: - maintain a holistic picture of active projects, timelines, client promises, owners, and risks; - coordinate project managers, developers, designers, marketers, and external specialists; - conduct weekly project status reviews and monitor fulfillment of agreements; - proactively identify risks related to scope, resources, timelines, profitability, and client relationships; - participate in client meetings, manage expectations, and handle difficult conversations; - keep projects and commercial proposals up to date in ClickUp; - help other managers make decisions and remove blockers without escalating every issue to the founder; - document important decisions in Agency Brain and improve delivery processes.

3+ years of experience in project management or delivery; practical experience in a Shopify, eCommerce, digital, or development agency; experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously; confident spoken and written English, fluent Russian; ability to understand technical, design, marketing, and commercial discussions; experience with ClickUp or a similar project management system. Experience managing other PMs or an agency project portfolio will be an advantage.

International eCommerce clients and main client communication in English; direct work with the founder and real responsibility from the first weeks; support from an experienced consultant in delivery and agency operations; growth prospect to Delivery Lead / Agency Operations. Selection stages: short questionnaire -> introduction with the founder -> small practical task -> final interview on delivery and work style -> references and offer. In the questionnaire, briefly describe one complex eCommerce or Shopify project where you were personally responsible for the result: what the problem was, what you did, and how it ended.
