Responsibilities: • Plan and manage advertising campaigns in digital channels. • Control key performance indicators of advertising campaigns. • Interact with advertising platforms, contractors, and related teams on current and planned projects. • Interact with clients and internal teams: defend media plans, chosen approaches, and interim and final results. • Work with analytics and ad placement tools: Yandex Metrica, Yandex Media Metrica, App Metrica, Google Analytics, AdRiver, Weborama, AdServing, SimilarWeb, TargetAds. • Prepare and defend reports on advertising campaign results. • Analyze the impact of media advertising on sales and brand awareness. • Train and support junior employees.

• At least 3 years of experience in digital media planning. • Practical experience with Yandex Metrica, Yandex Media Metrica, App Metrica, Google Analytics, AdRiver, TargetAds, Weborama, and AdServing. • Knowledge of the programmatic buying market, advertising platforms, and digital advertising technologies. • Understanding of programmatic buying principles: DSP, SSP, and auction mechanisms. • Ability to evaluate advertising campaign effectiveness by media and business metrics, formulate conclusions and recommendations. • Ability to structure thoughts, argue decisions, and confidently defend position before client and team.
