Senior Project Manager for Billions, a B2B stablecoin payment platform. Remote, full-time, from $3,500/month.

Billions is a B2B platform for accepting payments in stablecoins (USDT/USDC). Funds are credited to the merchant's IBAN in fiat. We connect companies from travel, luxury, business aviation, e-commerce, and professional services to crypto payments. Regulated by a Canadian MSB license. Our markets are EU/UK, Turkey, and Central Asia. Responsibilities: - Structure the work of the entire team (product, development, design, compliance, sales) and report directly to the founder. - Organize task breakdowns: gather the right people, prepare agendas, drive discussions to decisions. - Maintain backlog and task boards in Notion: prioritize, remove excess, track status accuracy. - Conduct syncs, planning, and retros, coordinate meetings between team members. - Summarize each meeting: decisions, agreements, responsible persons. Immediately log outcomes into tasks and notes after calls. - Structure workspaces in Notion, Slack, and Google Drive so any information can be found within a minute. - Monitor deadlines, spot risks and blockers early, and raise them before they become problems. - Regularly report to the founder on team task status.

5+ years as a Project/Delivery Manager in IT, fintech, or product startups. Experience leading cross-functional teams that include more than just developers. Excellent command of Notion (databases, relations, templates, views), Slack, and Google Workspace. Ability to summarize concisely and accurately: someone who missed a meeting understands everything from your notes. Proactivity: you don't wait to be asked, you bring order yourself. Fluent Russian and English (at least B2). Nice to have: - Experience in fintech, payment systems, or crypto. - Experience building processes from scratch in a startup. - Experience working with a distributed team across time zones.

From $3,500 per month, depending on experience. Fully remote work. Direct influence on how the company operates and a short path to decisions: you work directly with the founder. Fintech product in a growing stablecoin payment market.
