Senior Product Owner in iGaming, Limassol office. Own product vision, roadmap, backlog, and delivery with dev team. High salary plus bonuses and salary revision; Mon-Fri flexible schedule.

Own the product vision and roadmap and align them with business goals. Manage and prioritise the backlog based on business value, user impact, and changing priorities. Turn business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Drive delivery with the development team: clarify scope, remove blockers, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Validate product decisions through feedback and feature performance, adjusting priorities when needed. Use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and everyday workflows.

2+ years in iGaming with understanding of casino/betting mechanics, payments, bonuses, player accounts, affiliate tracking, and compliance. 4+ years in Product Ownership / Business Analysis with hands-on backlog ownership. Strong product mindset: ability to challenge requests, identify real problems, and make informed trade-offs. Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, and wireframing tools. Strong communication, analytical, and decomposition skills. Proactive and result-oriented approach with ability to drive initiatives independently. Nice to have: degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
