Senior Product Manager at Swarmer, a miltech company developing autonomous solutions for drone swarms. Focus on Customer Discovery, Product Development, Field Validation, and Strategic Influence. Requires 3-5+ years of experience in complex technical/AI/hardware product management.

What needs to be done: • Customer Discovery: deeply research the needs of military users and real mission scenarios. • Product Development: transform operational requests into product specifications, roadmaps, and backlog priorities. • Field Validation: test and improve the product in field conditions based on operator feedback. • Strategic Influence: define the strategy for deploying and implementing systems in military units.

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management of complex technical, AI, or hardware products. • Strong product thinking: ability to structure complex needs into clear solutions. • Ownership mindset: high autonomy and responsibility in a dynamic environment. • Will be an advantage: experience in the defense sector or direct interaction with military structures.
