— Independently design end-to-end user scenarios: from problem to final UI. — Participate in product development and decision-making. — Create user flows, prototypes, and detailed interfaces. — Work with the design system: develop and apply it. — Conduct design reviews and improve the quality of product solutions. — Participate in discovery: help identify problems and formulate solutions. — Influence product development through user value and data. — Help build design processes and culture.

— 3+ years of product design experience. — Portfolio with product cases demonstrating the full product cycle: from task definition to final solution. — Ability to manage large projects: from requirements gathering to implementation. — Ability to structure information and ask questions. — Experience conducting in-depth interviews, hallway tests, and interface testing. — Experience conducting design reviews after development.
