Join the MTS design system team as a Senior Product Designer and influence the look and feel of numerous products within the ecosystem. We treat the design system as a full-fledged engineering product, complete with libraries, tokens, and close integration with code. We are looking for a designer with a systemic approach and an understanding of interface architecture. Responsibilities: - Develop component libraries and design tokens - Implement AI tools (Figma MCP, agents, process automation) - Conduct R&D and explore new approaches to design systems - Write documentation and collaborate closely with development

Experience in product design for 4+ years Experience with design systems for 2+ years Systemic thinking and ability to work with complex interfaces Strong communication skills
