Senior Product Analyst at Cian for the short-term rentals division. Responsibilities include product analytics, mentoring, metric system development, A/B testing, and data research. Requires 4+ years of experience in data/product analytics and digital products.

Responsibilities: - Product analytics for the short-term rentals division; - Mentoring 1 middle analyst; - Forming and supporting the metric system, monitoring and analyzing dynamics, identifying anomalies and growth points, preparing conclusions and recommendations; - Analyzing and launching A/B tests, searching for proxy metrics; - Creating a metric system and controlling data quality for its calculation; - Designing and developing reports and dashboards; - Conducting data research and identifying key drivers of metric growth (LTV, ROMI, revenue, bookings).

Our future colleague: - Has higher education (technical / mathematical / economic). Preferred fields: applied mathematics, computer science, statistics, economic cybernetics, business informatics, information technology; - Has 4+ years of experience in data analytics / product analytics, including as an independent analyst responsible for the full cycle of tasks - from setting to implementing solutions; - Has 4+ years of experience in digital products (online services, e-commerce, marketplaces, classifieds, etc.); - Has practical experience in building and developing a product metrics system (funnels, unit economics, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, etc.) for 3+ years; - Has proven experience in planning, launching, and analyzing A/B tests and other methods of verifying product hypotheses for 3+ years; - Has experience in building data marts and dashboards for product and business teams (DWH + BI tools) for 2+ years.
