We are looking for a strong Senior PHP Developer for an international payment aggregator (CIS / LATAM / Asia). The product is scaling, involves complex logic, and operates in a high-risk segment. The founder has 12+ years of experience in payments. Key responsibilities include: - Highload p2p processing (core systems) - Orders, transactions, FSM - Webhooks, queues, retries, idempotency - Payment routing (cascades, limits, priorities) - Metrics, alerts, SLA

5+ years of PHP experience (confident senior level) Experience with highload systems (queues, race conditions, transactions) API integrations (REST, webhooks, security) Strong database skills (optimization, indexes) Experience with transactional systems / FSM Plus: Fintech / PSP / Kafka / ClickHouse / Docker / anti-fraud / crypto

Fully remote format - work from anywhere in the world Strong Russian-speaking team (fluent Russian required) Product in active growth phase - significant influence on architecture and decisions Fast-paced processes without bureaucracy Real complex tasks, not "legacy support"
