Senior Network Engineer

Senior Network Engineer, Moscow (hybrid), full-time, from 500,000 RUB. International trust management fund, direct access to institutional exchanges.

We are an international trust management fund with direct access to the largest institutional exchanges and expert strategies for stable asset growth. We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to take over the entire network infrastructure of the trading circuit: from server placement to connections to exchanges, brokers, and market data sources. Latency and lost packets directly convert into losses, so the network is part of the product. Responsibilities: • Design and deploy L2/L3 networks tailored to trading system requirements. • Build connectivity between server rooms. • Establish and maintain direct and VPN connections to providers, exchanges, brokers, and market data sources. • Design for HA and Disaster Recovery, and verify failover actually works. • Measure and optimize latency, jitter, packet loss, routing, and throughput. • Handle incidents: diagnostics, Root Cause Analysis, and implementing fixes. • Select equipment and connectivity solutions, coordinate procurement and installation with vendors and external engineers. • Maintain network security: segmentation, access control, firewall policies. • Produce diagrams, configurations, and inventory. • Participate in on-call rotations for critical systems.

• 6+ years in network engineering, with 3+ years in data centers, telecom operators, or other critical infrastructure. • Strong BGP, including external peering with providers. OSPF or IS-IS. • Arista, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Cisco – at least two vendors in real production. • Full lifecycle: design, implementation, and operations.

Salary from 500,000 RUB. Hybrid work format (Moscow, Tsvetnoy Bulvar metro). Full-time employment.
