Responsibilities: - Expertise in gaming values, currency, items, and RMT - Quality control of moderator decisions, review complex cases - Support sellers in non-standard situations - Analytics: data, metrics, finding root causes - Developing rules and processes - Team management: task setting, 1:1, feedback - Mentoring and onboarding newbies - Coordinating tasks and working with related departments - Automation in Google Sheets / Excel

Important: - Experience in moderation or content quality control - Understanding of gaming economies and RMT - Ability to make decisions in complex situations - Initiative, systematic thinking - Work with large data volumes, hypotheses - Team management experience (task setting, 1:1, feedback) - Advanced Excel / Google Sheets - PC and stable internet Plus: - Developing instructions and regulations - Understanding of copyright and trademarks - Experience with rights holder complaints and chargeback - Knowledge of gaming industry
