We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to legally teach computers to read players' minds within a B2B product. The gambling company is expanding its team and needs someone to build a recommendation system for gambling games, ensuring each player sees slots and bets they can't refuse. What you will do: — Write algorithms that predict player behavior (who will leave, who will stay, how much money they will bring). — Build data pipelines and deploy models into production (Kafka, Redis, Airflow will be your best friends). — Test hypotheses through A/B tests and calculate real business value.

Requirements for you: — 3+ years in ML (mandatory experience with recommendation systems or predictive modeling). — 5+ years in development overall. — Love for Python and confident work with data (SQL, Pandas, PyTorch/TF). — You don't just draw graphs in a notebook, but can deploy a model so that it can withstand the load.
