ChillBase is an independent game studio. Its projects are in release and continue to actively develop. The team develops marketing analytics for the unique Social RolePlay game OneState and is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to take it to the next level. Responsibilities: - Develop marketing analytics and provide teams with current, high-quality data via Tableau. - Design data marts for analytical tasks and work with ClickHouse. - Set up and maintain ETL processes in Airflow to automate loading and processing of marketing data. - Research ad traffic, user behavior, and marketing activity effectiveness, and help teams analyze non-standard analytical cases. - Develop predictive models and apply statistical methods to solve marketing tasks. - Create internal analytical tools, alerting systems, automated data quality checks, and other solutions that improve team efficiency. - Automate analytical processes with Python and AI tools.

Required: - 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics. - Strong understanding of mobile User Acquisition, core marketing metrics, and mobile attribution principles. - Understanding of how data flows from ad platforms through MMP to internal analytical systems. - Confident proficiency in Python and SQL. - Practical experience with ClickHouse. - Experience designing data marts and working with DWH. - Experience with BI systems and developing analytical reporting. - Experience participating in automation of data processing (ETL/ELT). - Experience solving non-standard analytical tasks with measurable impact on business results. - Experience developing predictive models and applying statistical methods for data analysis. - Practical experience using AI tools to automate analytics and improve workflow efficiency. - Willingness to work in the office in Limassol or Tbilisi. Nice to have: - Experience building complex predictive models beyond classical linear and logistic regressions. - Experience with probabilistic programming (PyMC, Stan). - Experience in mobile game development.
