Senior Machine Learning Engineer at GetMeGit in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Salary up to $4500 + living expenses. Hybrid during probation, then remote. Develops AI products for regulated environments.

Our team develops AI products for a regulated, security-sensitive environment (GenAI + predictive analytics). Contract from 2+ months with probable extension. English B2+. First 2 months - on-site work in UAE. Business trip fully paid by the company. Then - remote format. What you will do: * Build and fine-tune LLM/NLP pipelines for parsing complex technical and regulatory texts into structured output data. * Design RAG/semantic search for large collections of documents and historical data. * Develop predictive models: time-series forecasting, risk scoring, anomaly detection, optimization for decision support. * Productionize ML: containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), secure on-prem deployments, automated pipelines (MLflow/Kubeflow). * Optimize inference (latency/resources): quantization, distillation, monitoring and retraining loops. * Work in an agile format with high engineering standards and documentation.

5+ years in ML Engineering with proven experience in production deployments Proficient Python + PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Pandas/NumPy Practical experience with transformers and tooling (Hugging Face, LangChain) Strong data engineering skills (SQL + preprocessing of unstructured texts/PDF) Readiness to pass a strict background/security screening Nice to have: Experience in regulated domains and/or secure on-prem environments Applied optimization / graph algorithms / formalization of complex rules Model performance tuning at scale
