Standard Data is seeking a Senior LLM Engineer to develop and teach intensive courses on AI agents based on LLMs for experienced data specialists. The role involves creating course materials and conducting webinars. Compensation is competitive, with bonuses for performance and referrals.

Standard Data designs and implements custom educational solutions in AI, data engineering, and web development for large companies. We are looking for an instructor and author (Senior LLM engineer level) for an intensive course on developing AI agents based on large language models for existing Data Scientists. An AI agent is understood as a system that can independently plan its actions based on a request, interact with the external environment (via API), and adapt to the environment's response. Responsibilities: • Development of materials: seminars, final project for students. • Conducting classes in webinar format (1-2 days, 2-4 sessions per day).

• Relevant higher education, • 3+ years of experience in NLP, preferably in large companies • 1.5+ years of commercial experience with LLMs • Experience with LangGraph, LoRA. Will be a plus: • PhD in a relevant field • Publications or scientific articles • Professional awards / participation in competitions.

• For program development (seminars + final project) – 90,000-120,000 RUB • For conducting the intensive course program – 90,000-110,000 RUB, depending on your experience. • Bonus compensation based on course performance. • The payment amount can be higher, depending on experience, publications, and interview results. Referral bonus: 30,000 RUB total (15,000 RUB after passing the test, another 15,000 RUB after 2 months of good work). For exceptional candidates, discuss bonus in private messages.
