Senior Lighting Artist
Bloober Team is seeking a Senior Lighting Artist with 5+ years of experience to create atmospheric lighting for horror games using Unreal Engine. Full-time, remote/office in Krakow, Poland.
Bloober Team is looking for a Lighting Artist to help shape the visual identity of their horror-driven projects. You will work closely with the Creative Director and art team to create atmospheric, high-quality lighting that enhances storytelling and supports photorealistic rendering. Responsibilities • Collaborate with Creative Director and art team to define visual style and lighting quality • Create dramatic and immersive lighting for environments • Support environmental storytelling through lighting and composition • Use Unreal Engine tools to achieve high-quality results • Optimize lighting for performance while maintaining visual fidelity
5+ years of experience in a similar role in games, film, or VFX Strong knowledge of at least one game engine, preferably Unreal Engine Deep understanding of production pipelines in AAA environments Excellent knowledge of composition, color, and lighting High level of creativity Strong communication and teamwork skills Nice to Have • Artistic background • Cinematic lighting and post-processing skills • Passion for horror games, movies, or books
