Senior / Lead Developer (Rust + Python | Low-Latency Trading)

Senior/Lead Developer role in a fintech team developing trading infrastructure and high-load systems. Focus on low-latency solutions, market data, exchange integrations, and performance optimization. On-site in Limassol.

Developing and evolving trading platform components. Creating and optimizing market data modules and trading connectors. Working with exchange connectivity and automated trading systems. Designing asynchronous high-performance solutions. Improving system latency and overall performance.

3+ years of commercial development experience. Experience in trading / fintech / crypto. Experience with asynchronous systems. Understanding of high-load / low-latency tasks.
