Senior IT Support & Operations Specialist

Senior IT Support & Operations Specialist in Moscow, full-time, office 4 days/week. Distributed IT infrastructure and multiple offices; Windows/Linux, virtualization, networks, Google Workspace, 1C.

Work with distributed IT infrastructure and several offices. Main stack and tasks: - Windows Server + Linux - Proxmox / VMware / Hyper-V / KVM - VPS, dedicated servers, IaaS - VPN, VLAN, firewall, networks - Google Workspace, MDM, SaaS - backup & recovery - 1C infrastructure: RDP, MS SQL, application server - L1/L2 support Mac/Windows - work with contractors and providers

5+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure / IT Operations Good foundation in servers, virtualization and networks Experience administering Google Workspace Experience supporting corporate IT infrastructure English B1+ Self-sufficiency and readiness to interact directly with internal customers and top managers Nice to have: Proxmox, Hetzner, Cisco, Google MDM, 1C, PowerShell/Bash/Python, automation and experience with distributed infrastructure.
