Senior IT Support & Operations Specialist

SPACEHUB is looking for a Senior IT Support & Operations Specialist in Moscow (office 4 days/week, remote possible). Salary from 170,000 RUB. 5+ years in System Administration/IT Infrastructure/IT Operations required.

We are looking for a strong broad-profile system administrator to work with a distributed IT infrastructure and several offices. This role is for someone who is used to not only maintaining infrastructure but also independently finding and solving problems, proposing improvements, and taking ownership of results. Main stack and tasks: — Windows Server + Linux — Proxmox / VMware / Hyper-V / KVM — VPS, dedicated servers, IaaS — VPN, VLAN, firewall, networks — Google Workspace, MDM, SaaS — backup & recovery — 1C infrastructure: RDP, MS SQL, application server — L1/L2 support for Mac/Windows — working with contractors and providers

5+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure / IT Operations Good foundation in servers, virtualization, and networks Experience administering Google Workspace Experience supporting corporate IT infrastructure English B1+ Independence and readiness to interact directly with internal customers and top managers Nice to have: Proxmox, Hetzner, Cisco, Google MDM, 1C, PowerShell/Bash/Python, automation, and experience with distributed infrastructure
