Senior IT Support & Operations Specialist

Senior IT Support & Operations Specialist in Moscow, full-time, office 4 days/week. Distributed IT infrastructure and multiple offices; Windows Server/Linux, virtualization, networks, Google Workspace, backup, 1C infrastructure, L1/L2 support.

Work with distributed IT infrastructure and several offices. Role for someone who not only maintains infrastructure but independently finds and solves problems, proposes improvements, and takes ownership of results. Main stack and tasks: - Windows Server + Linux - Proxmox / VMware / Hyper-V / KVM - VPS, dedicated servers, IaaS - VPN, VLAN, firewall, networks - Google Workspace, MDM, SaaS - Backup & recovery - 1C infrastructure: RDP, MS SQL, application server - L1/L2 support for Mac/Windows - Work with contractors and providers

Looking for someone with: - 5+ years of experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure / IT Operations - Good foundation in servers, virtualization, and networks - Experience administering Google Workspace - Experience supporting corporate IT infrastructure - English B1+ - Self-sufficiency and readiness to interact directly with internal customers and top managers Nice to have: Proxmox, Hetzner, Cisco, Google MDM, 1C, PowerShell/Bash/Python, automation, and experience with distributed infrastructure.
