Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist / System Administrator

Company Insi seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist in Moscow (Dynamo metro). Office-based, full-time, 09:00–18:00. Salary 200,000–220,000 ₽ depending on experience. Responsibilities include supporting IT infrastructure, Windows/Linux/macOS, networking, virtualization, and user support.

Maintain IT environment for office and remote employees Administer Windows, Linux, and macOS Set up and support VPN, firewall, and remote access systems Work with network equipment and corporate networks Administer Google Workspace and corporate services Handle virtualization (Proxmox, Hyper-V, KVM, or similar) Ensure monitoring, logging, backup, and recovery Resolve L1/L2 user issues — from workstation setup to peripheral problems Manage access rights, conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees Administer 1C Interact with providers and external contractors Automate routine processes using scripts

5+ years of experience in system administration / IT infrastructure Confident with Windows, Linux, and macOS Strong knowledge of networks and ability to administer network equipment Experience with VPN, firewall, monitoring, and backup systems Administered Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or Yandex Uses Bash, Python, PowerShell, or other automation tools Experience with 1C English at B1+ level for work communications Not afraid of hands-on tasks and ready to independently solve technical problems Nice to have: Slack administration Automation and integrations Experience with OpenAI / GPT services Cisco

Salary: 200,000–220,000 ₽ depending on experience Office-based, 5/2, 09:00–18:00 Full-time employment Employment according to Labor Code of the Russian Federation or civil law contract
