Novabits is looking for a Senior Influence & Affiliate Manager for their mobile MMO RPG, Riorise. The role involves global strategy for influence and affiliate marketing, managing influencer collaborations and affiliate programs, and optimizing ROI. Full-time, remote position.

We are developing Riorise — a mobile MMO RPG. The game combines open-world, roleplay (RP), life simulation, racing, and a social sandbox where thousands of players interact in real-time. We are looking for an Influence & Affiliate Marketing Manager. Responsibilities: — Define and implement a global influence and affiliate marketing strategy to grow the product in key markets; — Lead the development of two areas: paid integrations with influencers and affiliate programs; — Build and scale an ecosystem of bloggers: from top-tier influencers to long-tail community creators; — Establish systematic scouting, development, and relationship management with bloggers on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Kick, etc.; — Collaborate with analytics to form a data-driven approach: dashboards, forecasting, incrementality, and channel impact on business metrics; — Manage budgets (including 6-7 figure quarterly spends), ensuring maximum ROI.

— 3+ years of experience in influence / affiliate marketing in gamedev; — Deep expertise in performance approach: blended ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis, incrementality; — Practical experience with attribution (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar); — Experience in building and scaling affiliate or influencer programs from scratch or in an active growth phase; — Strong network of contacts (agencies, influencers) in LATAM / MENA / SEA regions.
