Organizing and supporting the full payroll cycle; collecting, consolidating, and verifying data for monthly payroll; monitoring changes in salaries, bonuses, and other compensation; preparing data for hires, terminations, raises, and salary reviews; verifying final calculations for terminations and resolving discrepancies; consulting employees on salaries, bonuses, and deductions; maintaining payroll cost data, participating in budgeting and forecasting; onboarding employees in assigned geographies; collaborating with HR team and accounting.

3+ years of experience in Payroll or HR Administration; practical experience with full payroll cycle; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience with large data sets; experience handling confidential information; strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
