Responsibilities: - Generate ideas and create design concepts for annual reports, social reports, and multi-page analytical materials. - Work with infographics and utilize current typography techniques. - Provide art supervision for junior designers, delivering constructive feedback. - Oversee layout work before it goes to typesetting. - Present design concepts to the team and clients.

Experience in multi-page publications for 5+ years. English level not lower than C1. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma. Excellent communication skills, ability to assign tasks and provide feedback. Confident in presenting projects to both the team and clients. Reasonable application of AI tools in work.
