Senior Graphic / Communication Designer needed for a fintech and crypto bank to develop brand visual communication. Requires 6+ years of experience and a strong portfolio. Remote, full-time role.

We are looking for a senior graphic/communication designer with a strong visual level and over 6 years of experience, who will take on the development of the visual communication of the cryptocurrency bank's brand at a systemic level. This is a role for a mature designer who knows how to not just complete individual tasks, but to build a holistic visual presentation of the brand at all touchpoints: in marketing materials, presentations, digital communication, offline media, partner and event materials. We need someone who can translate complex financial and cryptocurrency products into a clear, modern, technological, and trustworthy visual language. ▪️ What you will do: ▫️ Develop and enhance the brand's visual language across all communication channels ▫️ Create communication concepts for digital, marketing, partner, and event directions ▫️ Develop key visuals, advertising creatives, banner systems, special projects, promo pages, and landing pages ▫️ Prepare high-level presentations for clients, partners, investors, and internal teams ▫️ Develop materials for offline communication: exhibitions, conferences, stands, brochures, business cards, merchandise, POSM, and navigation ▫️ Package complex fintech and cryptocurrency topics into a clear and convincing visual form ▫️ Ensure consistency of visual communication between marketing, product, B2B, and external communications ▫️ Participate in art direction and set a high standard for the quality of visual materials ▫️ Work in conjunction with marketing, product, business teams, and contractors ▫️ Control the quality of implementation, prepare layouts for production, and final delivery

▪️ We expect: ▫️ 6+ years of experience in graphic/communication design ▫️ Strong portfolio with high visual level work ▫️ Confident experience in digital communication, brand materials, and offline media ▫️ Excellent command of composition, typography, grids, rhythm, and visual hierarchy ▫️ Ability to create a modern, clean, technological, and premium visual language ▫️ Experience in systemic work with brand visual communication, not just individual media ▫️ Ability to independently propose visual approaches and enhance the quality of solutions ▫️ Ability to justify design decisions and present them to the team and stakeholders ▫️ High visual awareness, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual quality ▪️ Will be a plus: ▫️ Experience in developing a brand visual system ▫️ Art direction skills ▫️ Experience with motion, 3D, or AI tools as part of the visual pipeline ▫️ Experience interacting with print production and contractors ▫️ Skill in creating high-level infographics, diagrams, and explanatory visual materials
