7+ years of commercial development experience 4+ recent years primarily with Go Experience developing betting products — must-have Strong SQL + relational databases Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Linux Deep understanding of Go internals: concurrency, memory allocation, garbage collection (GC), data structures English — Intermediate Russian — Upper-Intermediate Nice to have: PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, microservices, DDD, Clean / Hexagonal Architecture, experience with transactional/data-sensitive systems
