Senior Fullstack Developer (PHP, C#, JavaScript)

Senior Fullstack Developer for a manufacturing company, working on internal systems. Moscow, office/hybrid, full-time, salary up to 300,000 RUB/month.

Support and develop an existing web application (PHP + Zend Framework) and related automations. Dive into current code, localize and resolve issues, improve stability and maintainability. Work with internal business process automation, including C# robots and other integrations. Gather and refine requirements from internal customers, turn them into technical solutions and implement. Respond promptly to incidents, including outside standard working hours (as agreed). Learn new technologies and switch between heterogeneous tasks as needed. Stack: PHP, Zend Framework (main web platform), C# (for bots simulating user actions), JavaScript (frontend, a bit), Rx, Java (Android app support).

3+ years of experience as a Fullstack/Backend developer. Practical experience in a manufacturing environment or projects with pronounced business logic (ERP processes, production, supply chains, etc.). Understanding how to automate business processes and build solutions that are actually used by different departments. Responsibility, autonomy, and initiative: a person who not only completes tasks but proposes improvements and takes responsibility for results. Ability to listen to the business, ask the right questions, and turn vague needs into clear requirements. Willingness to quickly adapt to changes, switch between tasks, and learn new tools.

Salary: 280,000–300,000 RUB net (fixed). Annual centralized salary review: 6–7%. Annual bonus: up to 20% of salary (paid upon achieving company financial targets). Employment under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, transparent terms and clear processes.
