Senior Fullstack Analyst (BA/SA) | Web3 / FinTech

Senior Analyst for B2B crypto card platform, fully remote, B2B, competitive salary in fiat or USDT.

Design services and interactions for a non-custody card product. Develop requirements, system flows, APIs, and integrations. Identify technical constraints and discuss solutions with development. Lead features from business request to launch, communicate with partners.

Senior level: independence, responsibility, experience delivering tasks to production. Practical Web3/on-chain experience: smart contracts, wallets, blockchain fund movement. Experience designing services, understanding sync/async interactions and error handling. Ability to independently understand APIs, code, and logs. Use AI with result verification and clear documentation. Russian and English B2+ required. Plus: non-custody crypto cards, card processing, KYC/Sumsub, partner integrations.

Fully remote, B2B, competitive salary in fiat or USDT. Small team, direct interaction with CTO and Product Owner, own responsibility area from first tasks. Available from 10:00 to 16:00 Cyprus time.
