Senior Full Stack Engineer with Kotlin/TS expertise for an AI-native fintech product. Fully remote (GMT+1 - GMT+5), outside of Russia/Belarus. Full-time, $5000-$7000 gross salary.

Developing the core of an AI-native fintech product focused on building EMI and payment infrastructure for Europe. This includes financial backend (ledger, settlement, processing), merchant portal, and internal systems. Significant work on architecture and foundational solutions.

Strong Senior Full Stack Engineer with a backend focus. Experience in creating production-ready products. Ability to make decisions without detailed specifications, take ownership, and drive tasks independently. Understanding of reliable products (SLA, fault tolerance, metrics, monitoring). Fintech experience is a plus, but willingness to learn quickly is more important. Experience using AI tools in daily work. Technologies: Backend: Kotlin / Java, Spring Boot, REST API, PostgreSQL, event-driven approach. Frontend: Any modern framework (React / Vue / Angular). Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Plus: BPMN / Camunda, OAuth, integration work.

Remote-first, work within European time zones (GMT+1 - GMT+5). Location: Outside of Russia/Belarus, with residency permit (or in the process of obtaining one). Compensation: $5000–$7000 gross, negotiable based on experience. Minimal bureaucracy, direct work with CTO.
