We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Analyst to join our team for banking IT projects. The role involves developing and automating key banking systems, from analyzing business processes to designing solution architecture. This position combines deep business understanding with technical expertise in building reliable and scalable solutions. The focus is on analyzing and formalizing requirements, describing business goals and metrics, interacting with clients and the development team, and preparing high-quality analytical artifacts (FT, NFT, HLD, project passports, KPI). Responsibilities: * Identifying, analyzing, and structuring requirements (FT and NFT) * Describing project goals, metrics, and business indicators * Preparing analytical artifacts: project passport, HLD, specifications, diagrams * Interacting with business clients and development teams * Classifying and managing stakeholders * Maintaining documentation in Confluence, working in Jira

Experience as a system or business analyst for over 5 years, specifically in banking projects. Deep understanding of banking business processes. Proficiency in tools: Confluence, Jira, UML, BPMN. Skills in preparing high-quality analytical documentation. Experience in identifying, formalizing, and classifying requirements. Higher education (economics, IT, mathematics, or related fields). English - ability to understand speech and read professional texts. Willingness for short-term business trips. Flexibility, quick adaptation to changes.

Remote work; Location - any, priority for RF, Armenia, Cyprus; Rate is discussed individually; Interaction via sole proprietorship; Business trips to Yerevan 2+/- times a month at the company's expense; Full-time employment.
